About us
Founded in 1962, Ediciones Musicales has been dedicated to giving Mexican music shape and clarity. Over more than six decades, this project has grown around one core commitment: every work is a unique voice that deserves to be heard and shared with respect and professional ethics.
Our work spans from the development of contemporary repertoire to the stewardship of works by established authors and composers. Our goal is to bring the work of Mexican music creators closer to performers, students, and audiences across every generation, helping their music reach people with fidelity and quality, both in Mexico and internationally.
A vital part of our work is providing specialized support in copyright management and royalty administration, ensuring that each work receives proper protection and that composers receive fair and transparent compensation for the use of their music across different formats and territories.
We collaborate closely with composers, musical groups, and cultural institutions so that their music can be performed, shared, and promoted beyond traditional stages, strengthening the presence of Mexican music in new spaces, communities, and venues inside and outside the country.
Today, we remain committed to the same passion that has guided us since the beginning: to ensure every song tells its story, and that Mexico's musical richness reaches everyone who enjoys it with clarity, respect, and enthusiasm, anywhere in the world.
